CANCELLATION (REFUND) POLICY FOR REGISTRATION & EVENTS
Cancellations received on or before the date 15 days prior to the first day of an annual conference will be refunded the full amount less a 10% fee. There are no refunds for registrations or events from that time on.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax, e-mail or regular mail to the conference registrar. Please fax or email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two days. If necessary to cancel by USPS, please allow sufficient time for a response.

ICOM is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the ICOM director and business manager.

CANCELLATION (REFUND) POLICY FOR EXHIBITS
All cancellations are charged a 10% fee. Cancellations received on or before the date 60 days prior to the first day of an annual conference are refunded the full amount less a 10% fee. A written cancellation must be received or postmarked by Sept.15, 2014 and confirmed by ICOM that notification has been received. Refunds after Sept. 15, 2014 are given only if cancelled spaces are resold.

CANCELLATION (REFUND) POLICY FOR ADVERTISING
All cancellations are charged a 10% fee. A written cancellation must be received or postmarked by August 31 and confirmed by ICOM that notification has been received. No refunds are given for cancellations postmarked on/after September 1.
