CANCELLATION (REFUND) POLICY FOR EXHIBITS
All exhibit cancellations requested on and before September 14, 2025, will be refunded the full amount less a 10% cancellation fee. Refunds requested from September 15, 2025 through October 31, 2025 will only be granted if canceled spaces are resold. No refunds will be given after October 31, 2025.
