Jonathan Alarcon is a pastor, worship leader and radio announcer. He currently pastors a bilingual congregation in the suburbs of Chicago by the name of Gente Unida. Under his leadership, Gente Unida has now grown to two campuses, one in Bolingbrook and one in Joliet, IL.His passion for multi-ethnic ministries compelled him to create the Gente Unida Worship Team, a group of singers and musicians from different cultural backgrounds. Jonathan is also a radio announcer and presenter with more than 15 years of experience.He worked for 9 years as a producer and radio presenter for the Univision network where he was the host of “Vida Chicago” and worked for 17 years for Moody RadioHe is also the producer of ‘Cultura Financiera’, the radio programs of the renowned Dr. Andrés Panasiuk which reaches millions of people every day throughout Latin America.He was born in the city of Puebla, Mexico. He currently lives in the outskirts of the city of Chicago, is happily married to his wife Cinthya. Together they enjoy their children, Joyci 5-years old and 1 year old Jedidiah.
Nate Bush was born in 1976 and raised Central Florida. He attended Florida Christian College (now Johnson University) and Reformed Theological Seminary. He served as a youth pastor in South Florida for 13 years before he and his wife Vanessa planted New City Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico in April of 2010. In 2016, Nate started a church planting network in Albuquerque. In addition to serving as the lead pastor of New City Church, Nate works for Stadia as the Southwest Regional Director. In this role, he builds relationships with churches and planters in the Southwest region to plant more churches. Nate has published a number of articles on living as a missionary in Western culture, Latinos in the U.S., and church planting. He has also contributed to the books Ten Count: True Stories of Defeat and Triumph Among Today’s Christian Leaders and The Neighboring Church: Getting Better at What Jesus Says Matters Most. Nate and Vanessa have been married for sixteen years and have three children: Micah (13), Corban (10), and Evangeline (6). Nate loves his dad role. So school drop-off, coaching soccer, and ice cream dates bring him a lot of joy.
Kevin Dooley is the Chief Development Officer for Central India Christian Mission advancing CICM’s strategic partnerships. Kevin and his wife Kim have four children and reside in Avon, Indiana. The Dooleys have served in faith-based leadership and community development initiatives in Panama, Central America with F.A.M.E. for ten years, part of that time as FAME’s Executive Director; and in North Africa with G.H.I. implementing civil-diplomacy initiatives over six years. Kevin is founder and executive director of GlobalHOPE Initiatives, a volunteer civil-diplomacy organization promoting peace through business, education and community development initiatives. Kevin has a BBL from OCC, an MA from CBC&S, and an MA from Wheaton College. Kevin has taught classes on cross-cultural engagement, global business and provides training for groups interested in engaging the immigrant and refugee community. For fun, Kevin has started a taxi-leasing company providing services for refugee cab-drivers in the Mid-West. Kevin is passionate about engaging the whole church in the whole task and is serving as president of the ICOM 2018 conference in Cincinnati – “Unhindered”.
Josh Howard has been living in India since 2008, and has a passion to see the Kingdom of God spread throughout the world. He desires to raise up disciples who make disciples, leaders who create leaders, and churches that plant churches. In order to see this happen, Josh is overseeing the Bible College at Central India Christian Mission, which prepares church planters to go to unreached areas in India and the surrounding countries. He is most thankful for his wife, Lashi and his two sons, Josiah and Jeremiah.
Dr. Ajai Lall is one of the Founder Directors of Central India Christian Mission and Christian Medical Training Center. Central India Christian Mission has planted over 2,500 churches in Central / North / Northeast India and in the neighboring countries. Mission also has a 140-bedded hospital in Damoh City and a village clinic in Kansa. The Nursing College with 300 plus students in the campus has B.Sc. & General Nursing approved by the Indian Nursing Council. The Children’s ministry of the mission helps over 5,000 children with their education and medical needs. Dr. Lall has written 8 books in Hindi. Mission has leadership training centers in Damoh, Darjeeling and Lucknow. Dr. Lall was the President for the World Convention held in Damoh in January 2017. He was the first non-American president of International Conference On Missions (ICOM) held in 2001 in Tulsa, OK. He is serving as the Chairperson of Evangelical Fellowship of India and as president of Hindi Theological Board of India. Ajai’s wife, Indu, has been equally involved with the ministry as writer, leader and Director of Children’s Ministry. They have been married for 36 years and have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
Jeffery A. Vines spent twenty years on the mission field (Zimbabwe, New Zealand) planting churches and training leaders. From 1998-2005 he was the featured speaker on the weekly television broadcast, “Questions of Life,” and frequently debated agnostic and atheist alike on national radio. For the two years Jeff served as the Teaching Pastor at Savannah Christian Church in Savannah, GA. On January 1, 2008, Jeff became the Lead Pastor of Christ’s Church of the Valley in Southern California. Jeff’s is the author of Dinner with SKEPTICS, Defending God in a world that makes no sense (2008, 2011, UnBroken, 8 Enduring Promises God Will Keep, and the newly released Divine Romance. Jeff and his wife, Robin, have been married for 30 years and they have two children, Delaney and Sian. Jeff is expecting his first grandchild, a baby girl, July 2018.
